Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at viviana@paramountstone.com. 

Paramount Stone Co., will not accept any materials for credit without an original receipt of purchase. Approved returns of Paramount Stone Co products are at the discretion of Paramount Stone Co. and when approved, must be made within 10 days of purchase or delivery. 

Paramount reserves the right to refuse the return of any materials that have been damaged or are in question of being purchased from Paramount Stone Co. 

Paramount Stone Co. will charge a 20% restocking charge on all material accepted to returned for credit.

Paramount Stone Co. will additionally charge a delivery fee for any returned material that must be picked up by Paramount Stone Co.

Paramount Stone Co. will not accept the return of any material that has been custom ordered. All custom orders should require a deposit.

Paramount Stone Co., will not accept returns of any bagged items, (cement, sand, paver sand, all Quickrete products, etc.) and chemicals (i.e., muriatic acid, C-21, Weld-o-Bond, Siloxane, etc.)
